The Council is reviewing its Local Plan and requires substantial land for further residential allocations. Our employment land has been fully marketed but is not proving popular, it is thought due to completion for the Enterprise 2 zone, at Alconbury. In light of this we have submitted representations to the Council as part of a recent Local Plan consultation to promote residential use. We will fully engage with this process.
