We control a 130 acre site by means of an Option Agreement, and we own a further 38 acres.

Aylesbury is a location for substantial growth within the adopted Regional Strategy and we have supported and sought to enhance that designation.

The Council's Local Plan was considered by an Inspector to be unsound due to a lack of housing sites. It has been withdrawn by the Council and a new process commenced.

Following an appeal re the 3200 application being dismissed we have now reviewed our highway proposals which were the cause of the dismissal.

The revised application was considered by Committee in October 2017. It was resolved to grant approval subject to a Section 106 Agreement which is being negotiated.
